1. 서비스와 약관 동의

Token Escape(이하 “본 앱”)는 선택적 인앱 결제를 포함하는 iOS용 모바일 게임입니다. 본 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 본 약관과 Apple의 관련 서비스 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다.

2. 이용 허락

본 앱은 개인적이고 비상업적인 용도로 이용할 수 있습니다. 앱의 코드, 그래픽, 글, 음향과 그 밖의 콘텐츠에 관한 권리는 개발자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 관련 법령에서 허용하지 않는 한 앱을 복제, 재배포, 역설계하거나 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.

3. Game Center

순위표와 업적은 Apple Game Center가 제공합니다. 네트워크나 인증 상태에 따라 기능이 일시적으로 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다. 공정한 경쟁을 위해 방치 모드 또는 도움 기능을 이용한 판은 순위표에서 제외될 수 있으며, 비정상적이거나 조작된 기록은 삭제될 수 있습니다.

4. 인앱 결제와 환불

인앱 결제는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리됩니다. 표시 가격, 세금, 결제 승인과 환불에는 Apple의 정책이 적용됩니다. Compute Credit은 사용 시 소진되는 상품으로 일반적인 구매 복원 대상이 아닙니다. 환불 요청은 Apple 문제 신고 페이지에서 할 수 있습니다.

5. 선택형 보상 광고

본 앱은 이용자가 명확하게 선택한 경우에만 무기 한 판 체험 또는 부활과 같은 게임 내 보상을 제공하는 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. 광고를 거절하거나 중간에 닫아도 일반 플레이와 자연 해금이 제한되지 않습니다. 광고 완료가 확인된 경우에만 안내된 보상이 지급되며, 보상은 현금 가치가 없고 양도할 수 없습니다. 네트워크나 광고 재고 상태에 따라 광고가 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다.

6. 로컬 저장과 서비스 변경

게임 진행 상태는 기기에 저장되며 앱 삭제, 기기 변경, 운영체제 오류 등으로 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다. 개발자는 밸런스 조정, 오류 수정, 보안 또는 운영상 필요에 따라 게임 기능과 콘텐츠를 변경하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.

7. 면책과 책임 제한

본 앱은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 현재 상태로 제공됩니다. 개발자는 중단 없는 이용이나 모든 기기에서의 완전한 호환성을 보장하지 않습니다. 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임을 제외하고, 본 앱 이용으로 발생한 간접적 또는 부수적 손해에 대한 책임은 제한됩니다.

8. 준거법, 변경 및 문의

1. Service and acceptance

Token Escape (the “App”) is an iOS mobile game with optional in-app purchases. By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple service terms.

2. License

The App is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Rights in its code, graphics, text, audio, and other content remain with the developer or their lawful owners. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the App except where applicable law permits.

3. Game Center

Leaderboards and achievements are provided by Apple Game Center and may be temporarily unavailable because of network or authentication conditions. To protect fair competition, runs using Idle mode or assistance may be excluded, and fraudulent or manipulated records may be removed.

4. Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. Apple's policies apply to pricing, tax, authorization, and refunds. Compute Credit is consumable and is not normally eligible for purchase restoration. Refunds may be requested through Apple's Report a Problem page.

5. Optional rewarded ads

The App may show ads that provide an in-game reward, such as a one-run weapon trial or revive, only after the user makes a clear choice. Declining or dismissing an ad does not restrict ordinary play or normal unlock progression. The disclosed reward is granted only after ad completion is confirmed. Rewards have no cash value and are not transferable. Ads may be unavailable because of network or ad-inventory conditions.

6. Local saves and service changes

Progress is stored on your device and may not be recoverable after app deletion, a device change, or an operating-system failure. Features and content may change or end for balancing, bug fixes, security, or operational reasons.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

The App is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. Uninterrupted operation and full compatibility with every device are not guaranteed. Liability for indirect or incidental damages is limited except where it cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If they change, the last-updated date on this page will be revised. Contact fauacak.kim@gmail.com.
