Privacy Policy

Token Escape does not use a developer-operated account or server. Game progress is stored on your device. The initial 1.0 release contains no advertising or in-app purchases.

1. Information collected by the developer

The developer does not collect names, email addresses, contacts, photos, location, or saved game data through a developer-operated server. The app does not run analytics or tracking tools and does not request App Tracking Transparency authorization.

2. Information stored on your device

Progress, unlocks, upgrades, records, tactical configurations, and settings are stored on your device. This local data is not sent to the developer and may not be recoverable after app deletion or a device change.

3. Advertising and purchase code

Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform code may be included while optional rewarded ads are evaluated for a future update. In version 1.0 the advertising feature is disabled and no ad unit IDs are present, so consent-information updates, ad SDK initialization, ad requests, and ad privacy-choice interfaces do not run. Before any version enables advertising, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated to match its actual behavior.

4. Apple Game Center

If you use Game Center, authentication, achievements, leaderboard scores, and profile information are processed by Apple. The app may submit eligible completion scores to Apple, but the developer does not copy Game Center profiles or scores to a separate server. Apple's Privacy Policy applies.

5. TestFlight and support

Feedback and diagnostics submitted through TestFlight are processed by Apple. If you contact support by email, your address and message may be retained by the email service for as long as needed to reply and resolve the issue. They are not sold or used for unrelated purposes.

6. Children's privacy

The developer does not directly collect personal data from users, including children, through a developer-operated server. Game Center and App Store use may be subject to Apple's age, account, and parental-control settings.
